In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bos86, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform as a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing bos86 account that has been suspended or permanently closed by bos86 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a bos86 employee or affiliated entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion or gambling-block list that would prohibit your participation.

bos86 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bos86 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. bos86 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held in those accounts, and permanently ban the Member.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and bank account or e-wallet details as used for payment transactions. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bos86 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bos86 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. bos86 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), a selfie with the ID, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that have not passed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied or may be restricted from certain high-limit products.

3.5 Contact Details. It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information — including phone number and email address — current. bos86 will use the details on file for all account communications, security alerts, and promotional notifications. bos86 accepts no responsibility for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bos86 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by bos86's payment processors. E-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are confirmed within 3–15 minutes during WIB business hours, subject to the sending bank's processing times. bos86 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and vary by payment method. bos86 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The target processing time for approved withdrawals is under 3 minutes for e-wallets and under 30 minutes for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. bos86 reserves the right to perform security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require KYC documentation. You must have met any applicable Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds before requesting a withdrawal of those funds.

4.6 Own Funds Only. All funds deposited into your bos86 account must belong to you legally. bos86 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bos86 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed with real-money funds always count toward Wagering Requirements; certain game types (including but not limited to low-margin bets, certain togel markets, and Virtual Sports) may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. bos86 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a bonus outcome; and systematically exploiting promotions in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play. bos86 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where abuse is detected.

5.4 Promotional Changes. bos86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform's promotions page and, where material, via registered contact details. Continued use of a promotion following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5.5 Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Seasonal Promotions. Seasonal and cultural promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and the Chinese New Year (Imlek) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Such promotions are available for the advertised period only and may not be extended.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the bos86 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bos86. bos86 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where the relevant live feed has been interrupted or delayed.

6.2 Obvious Errors. bos86 strives to maintain accurate odds and pricing across all markets. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, a market opened on an incorrect event, or a palpable keying error — bos86 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all other product verticals.

6.3 Match Integrity. Bets placed on events where the outcome has been, or is suspected to have been, manipulated or fixed will be voided. bos86 cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement. Any Member found to have placed bets using inside information or with knowledge of a fixed result will have their account permanently closed and their winnings forfeited.

6.4 Game Rules — Casino and Slots. All casino games and slot titles offered on bos86 operate according to the official rules published by the respective game studio. bos86 is not responsible for any technical malfunction originating within the game studio's software. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game outcome will stand if already determined by the RNG or dealer.

6.5 Togel Rules. Togel draws on bos86 use results from officially operated lottery draws in Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Macau. Results are published as soon as they are confirmed. bos86 accepts no responsibility for delays in the release of official results beyond its control.

6.6 Prohibited Betting Tools. The use of automated betting bots, arbitrage software, odds-scraping tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. bos86 employs technical controls to detect such activity. Accounts found to be using prohibited tools will be suspended without notice.

7.1 Age Verification. bos86 enforces a strict 21+ age gate. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment method on file.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; create derivative works; frame or embed the platform within another website; or use any bos86 trade mark without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bos86 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

bos86 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on bos86, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bos86 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms & Conditions.

10.1 The bos86 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos86 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 bos86 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if bos86 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 bos86 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or events constituting force majeure.

10.4 In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, bos86's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bos86's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11.1 By bos86. bos86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bos86 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The Member has provided false registration information.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires bos86 to restrict the account.
• The Member has multiple accounts in breach of the Single Account Policy.

11.2 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by bos86 due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, bos86 may withhold any or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money account balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method net of any applicable Bonus Funds or Wagering Requirements not yet satisfied.

11.3 By the Member. You may request closure of your bos86 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos86 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to bos86 customer support for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of formal written notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents bos86 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

bos86 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, via registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bos86 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions.
